1/2 ozViolet Icing Color
2 stickof Butter
2 1/2 cupCake Flour
1 tspSalt
1 cupButtermilk
1 tspVanilla
1/2 tspBaking Soda
2 tbspWhite Vinegar
Cream Cheese Icing
2 cupPowdered Sugar
8 ozCream Cheese
1/2 stickof Butter
1 tbspVanilla
1Splash of Almond Extract

Preheat oven to 350°

Beat eggs and add in sugar

Mix in cocoa powder and icing color. *Make sure that the icing color is a concentrated paste.

Add butter.

Sift in cake flour and salt. Mix well.

Mix in buttermilk

Add vanilla

Mix vinegar and baking soda in a small bowl. Add the mixture into batter.

Pour into a greased bundt pan.

Bake for 25 minutes.
