Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ccoconut water
  2. 1 1/2 cpineapple (fresh or frozen) or other and lemon juice
  3. 1/2” peeled ginger knob cut finely
  4. 1/2 cice
  5. Handfulspinach
  6. 1 tspcayenne powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix in blender. Enjoy.
