  • 1.5" Fresh Ginger Cube
  • 1/2 CupLeaves Fresh Cilantro
  • LeavesFresh Cilantro
  • 1/4Fresh Lime Wedge
  • 1/2 CupDried Shii-Take Mushrooms
  • 1 StalkLemongrass [smashed]
  • 1/2White Onion [quartered]
  • 1/3 CupFresh Chopped Chives
  • 6 ClovesFresh Garlic [smashed]
  • 1/2Cinnamon Stick
  • 3Stars Anise
  • 1 DashDried Cloves
  • 1 tbspQuality Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbspLight Soy Sauce
  • ● For The Noodles
  • Your Choice But Boil Separately
  • ● For The Side Options [to taste or as needed]
  • Siriacha Garlic Sauce
  • Thin Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  • Fresh Lime Wedges
  • Fresh Bean Sprouts
  • Chopped Thai Chillies
  • Thin Sliced Cabbage
  • LeavesFresh Cilantro
  • LeavesFresh Thai Basil
  • Quality Fish Sauce
  • Coconut Milk
  • Soy Sauce

Steps

1 Hour
  1. 1

    Add everything in the Broth section to a pot. Simmer inn low four one hour. Your broth will have reduced by then.

    In the meantime chop all off your vegetables add herbs you desire from the Sides section.

    Drain your broth and reserve all clear fluids. Disregard your vegetables.

    Fine strained broth pictured.

    Boil your choice of noodles as per manufactures directions. Drain.

    .Add your noodles broth and shrimp to your bowls.
