Ingredients

  1. ● For The Proteins
  2. 1 PoundLG Shrimp [presteamed deshelled & deveined]
  3. ● For The Broth
  4. 32 ozVegetable Or Seafood Stock
  5. 32 ozBox Beef Stock
  6. 10Thai Chillies [left whole]
  7. 2LG Jalapeno Peppers [rough chopped]
  8. 1 tbspDried Thai Peppercorns
  9. 1.5" Fresh Ginger Cube
  10. 1/2 CupLeaves Fresh Cilantro
  11. LeavesFresh Cilantro
  12. 1/4Fresh Lime Wedge
  13. 1/2 CupDried Shii-Take Mushrooms
  14. 1 StalkLemongrass [smashed]
  15. 1/2White Onion [quartered]
  16. 1/3 CupFresh Chopped Chives
  17. 6 ClovesFresh Garlic [smashed]
  18. 1/2Cinnamon Stick
  19. 3Stars Anise
  20. 1 DashDried Cloves
  21. 1 tbspQuality Fish Sauce
  22. 1 tbspLight Soy Sauce
  23. ● For The Noodles
  24. Your Choice But Boil Separately
  25. ● For The Side Options [to taste or as needed]
  26. Siriacha Garlic Sauce
  27. Thin Sliced Jalapeno Peppers
  28. Fresh Lime Wedges
  29. Fresh Bean Sprouts
  30. Chopped Thai Chillies
  31. Thin Sliced Cabbage
  32. LeavesFresh Cilantro
  33. LeavesFresh Thai Basil
  34. Quality Fish Sauce
  35. Coconut Milk
  36. Soy Sauce

Cooking Instructions

1 Hour
  1. 1

    Add everything in the Broth section to a pot. Simmer inn low four one hour. Your broth will have reduced by then.

    In the meantime chop all off your vegetables add herbs you desire from the Sides section.

    Drain your broth and reserve all clear fluids. Disregard your vegetables.

    Fine strained broth pictured.

    Boil your choice of noodles as per manufactures directions. Drain.

    .Add your noodles broth and shrimp to your bowls.

  7. 7

    Serve this spicy soup hot or cold. Enjoy!
