Since I follow a keto (ketogenic diet), I wanted to try making my own bread. I watched several recipes on YouTube and adapted them (sorry, I can't remember the original sources). I'm sharing it here—anyone can enjoy this for a healthier option! It's high in protein, rich in fiber (since it's made from nuts, it's low in carbs), packed with vitamins and minerals, and most importantly, contains healthy fats. It may look like a small portion, but it's surprisingly filling! 😂

Ingredients

Serves 1-2 servings
  1. 1/4 cupalmond flour (about 25 grams)
  2. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1/2 tablespooncoconut oil
  5. 1large egg

    Mix the dry ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug.

  2. 2

    Add the coconut oil and stir to combine, then add the egg and mix well.

  3. 3

    Microwave for 1 minute. Run a knife around the edge of the mug to loosen the bread, then invert the mug onto a plate to release the bread easily.
