Ingredients

1/4 cupshao hsing rice wine or dry sherry
1 1/2 tbspoyster flavored sauce
2 tspcornstarch
4 tspcanola oil
3/4 lbsirloin thinly sliced
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
10raw shrimp, deveined, chopped
1 lbbok choy cut to 1" pieces

whisk rice wine,oyster sauce, cornstarch

Heat 2t oil over med hi heat,add beef & crushed red pepper until beef is brown, abou 1-2 minutes

add shrimp til pink about 1-2 minutes

transfer beef & shrimp to separate plate

heat last 2 teaspoons oil over med hi heat, cook bok choy 2-4 minutes, stir in cornstarch mixture and stir in beef and shrimp
