Separate in bowl excess water of soaked fenugreek leaves.

Heat ghee in pressure cooker fry soaked fenugreek seeds in it till it change the colour into pink, this will take 2-3 minutes.

Add potatoes and green chilies in it.

Add rice, salt and around 3 cups of water and pressure cook till 3- 4 whistles or till the rice and potatoes done.

Serve in plate and enjoy healthy meal.
