Mix all the dry ingredients together

Now add water and prepare a dough (normal as you prepare for parathas)

Make small balls of the dough

Roll them into a roti (little thick than the regular chapatis)

Cut the edges with the knife to make a square

Now cut them into 2 cm size strips

Now cut them in such a way that you get triangles out of them

With the help of knife or fork make pricks so they don't fluff while frying

Heat oil in a pan

Once heated start frying these triangles on medium flame till they turn golden

Once done remove them on a absorbent paper

Sprinkle some chat masala (optional)

Ready to eat
