2 headradicchio lettuce
2 eachavocados
1juice of lemon
11 ozcooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
7 ozcanned hearts of palm, drained, rinsed, and sliced
2 tbspolive oil
1sprig fresh thyme, chopped
1sprig fresh marjoram, chopped
1sprig fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1salt and pepper to taste

make a bed of radicchio leaves on each plate.

peel, halve, pit, and slice the avocados, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and arrange on top of radicchio.

top with shrimp and hearts of palm slices

wisk together 2 T of lemon juice with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and stir in thyme, marjoram, and parsley.

pour dressing over salad and serve.
