Chicken 65 is a spicy, deep-fried chicken dish originating from Chennai, India, as an entrée, or quick snack. The flavour of the dish can be attributed to red chillies but the exact set of ingredients for the recipe can vary. It can be prepared using boneless or bone-in chicken and is usually served with onion and lemon garnish. Vegetarian variants like "Paneer 65" or "Gobi 65" use paneer (cottage cheese) or cauliflower instead. Steps

Marinate chicken with ingredients except oil. keep aside for 2hours. Fry marinated chicken in heated oil and take out in plate when it's done.

Now in other wok heat oil put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic and ginger, curry leaves, green chilli, kashmiri chilli fry splutter when this stop spluttering.

Now add fried chicken in it and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes
Add lemon juice and saute, switch off flame and after a rest. - 4
Serve dis in plate and garnish with coriander leaves and with green chutney or raw onion lemon.
