Take a kadayi add ghee..onion saute for 5 minutes now add ginger garlic saute for 2 min now

Add tomato puree..add all the masalas cook till ghee gets separate now add kathal and potato add some water and cover it for 5 min.

Now take a handi/rice cooker/simple pan add kathal mix now add boiled rice on it again add kathal mixture and at last add rice now top it with fried onion..kesar milk..colours..

Now if you are making it in rice cooker just trip the button to cook..

If you are making it in kadayi aur pan just seel it with attta for 15 min at simmer.. drizzle 2 tsp of ghee and serve hot ith pudina dhnia raita..

Note...boil rice with all khada masalas..(dal chinni..tez patta..elaichi..)
