Steps

add oil, onions, celery and peppers in pot over low heat and cover.

brown ground beef and add salt, pepper, and tabasco and Italian seasoning

once browned, drain beef and add to pot with other ingredients

add kidney beans and tomatoes.

cover and cook over medium/low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally

uncover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.

serve with grated cheddar on top, (optional dollop of sour cream)

serve with fresh rolls or bannock, double recipe for larger yields
