Preheat oven to 325

Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large wl.

Bring last 3 ingredients to a boil.

Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Spread on 2 greased cookie sheets and bake about 30 min, stirring often.

Watch closely at the last to prevent burning.
