In large bowl, toss cheeses together

Sprinkle half of cheese mixture in ungreased 13 x 9" baking dish.

In medium skillet, cook mushrooms, green onions, red pepper in butter until onions and peppers are tender.

Arrange vegetables over cheeses and ham.

Sprinkle remaining cheese over ham.

You can prepare up to this point, cover and refrigerate overnight if you wish.

Heat oven to 350°F.

Lightly spoon flour in cup and wire whisk blend in large bowl the flour, milk, parsley and eggs and pour over layers in dish.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes until mixture is set and lightly brown. .Let stand for 10 minutes and garnish.
