Ingredients

  1. 1 Lvanilla ice-cream
  2. 150 gcoloured glacé cherries
  3. 50 gcandied pineapple
  4. 50 gcandied orange peel

Steps

    Remove the ice-cream from the freezer and set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Place the softened ice-cream in a bowl, add cherries, pineapple and peel, and stir to combine. Return to the ice-cream container and refreeze overnight or until firm. Serve in ice-cream cones.
