Add sugar in curd n whisk it.

Heat oil in nonstick pan n shallow fry aloo slices from both sides.

Put it on plate sprinkle salt on all over potatoes.

Pour curd n green chutney on all over potatoes.

Sprinkle Red chilli powder, cumin powder n chat masala.
