Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 kgGalka (peeled and sliced)
  • 5nos green chilies chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1 pinchasaefotida
  • 4 tablespoonscooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in deep wok crackle cumin seeds, asaefotida n green chillies.

  2. 2

    Add galka in it cook it on high flame for 10mins n then saute.

  3. 3

    Add turmeric n salt mix it well n again cook it on high flame till the galka get dry.
