Ingredients

  1. 4boiled eggs (cut into 2)
  2. 1&1/2 cup gramflour
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  7. 1 pinchajwain
  8. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  9. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  10. oil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Make smooth thick batter of all ingredients except oil

  2. 2

    Heat oil in deep wok, take 1 piece of boiled egg and dip egg gently in batter.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in heated oil, transfer it in absorbing paper.

  4. 4

    Serve this hot with green chutney
