Preheat oven to 350° Grease and flour a bundt pan

Combine cake mix,pudding, eggs, water and oil in large bowl

Beat at medium speed w/ electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Cool for 30 minutes.Invert onto serving plate

Melt butter in saucepan and stir in sugar and vanilla. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time

Mix until smooth and of desired consistancy

Drizzle over cake and serve
