brown burger in big pot & drain fat off. feel free to season with salt, pepper & garlic...I do!

open canned veg..DO NOT DRAIN! pour in pot. stir.

pour all the tomato juice in, again, seasoning to your liking.

stir occasionally till heated thru.....that's it!

serve over noodles....my mother in law likes to serve topped w grated parmesan & hot garlic bread. this is the easiest way to get my husband to eat any vegetables, he & my daughter both love it!
