Ingredients

400 gramsfresh tagliatelle
1 tbspolive oil
2 clovegarlic, crushed
250 gramsportobellini mushrooms, halved
1/4 cupcream
1sea salt and black pepper
2ripe avos, halved and stoned

Steps

Cook pasta in boiling water till al dente.

In frying pan, over medium heat, add oil and garlic and fry gently until golden and fragrant.

Add mushrooms and pan fry in garlic oilfor5 to 10 mins.

Add the cream and season to taste, allowing to simmer briefly.

Pour sauce over warm pasta and toss to coat.

Ladle into bowls and top with scoops of avocado
