Ingredients

2 cuprice
1 cupurad dal
1 tspfenugreek seeds
2 tsppoha
3Tomato
2green chillies (optional)

Steps

Soak rice urad dal with fenugreek seeds and poha for 6 hrs.then grind & keep it for permantation about 8_10 hrs

Make a fine paste of tomatoes & add salt and jeera powder. Make uttappa on hot tava. Serve with chutney & aloo sabji & sambar.
