Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbsboneless beef spare ribs, cut into 1 inch thick cubes
  2. 1large yellow onion, cut into thin strips
  3. 1 lbsliced crimini mushrooms
  4. 2-3 clovesdiced garlic
  5. 2 cupsbeef broth
  6. 1 cupdry white wine
  7. 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  8. 1 tspsalt - 1 tsp pepper
  9. 8 ozlarge egg noodles
  10. 1/2 cupsour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef in skillet

  2. 2

    Add beef to crockpot with onions, mushrooms, garlic, broth, wine, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Cook on low for 6 hours

  4. 4

    When there is 15 minutes left, add uncooked noodles and let sit for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Add sour cream and more salt and pepper to taste
