Ingredients

1 1/2 lbsboneless beef spare ribs, cut into 1 inch thick cubes
1large yellow onion, cut into thin strips
1 lbsliced crimini mushrooms
2-3 clovesdiced garlic
2 cupsbeef broth
1 cupdry white wine
1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
1 tspsalt - 1 tsp pepper
8 ozlarge egg noodles
1/2 cupsour cream

Brown beef in skillet

Add beef to crockpot with onions, mushrooms, garlic, broth, wine, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper

Cook on low for 6 hours

When there is 15 minutes left, add uncooked noodles and let sit for 10 minutes

Add sour cream and more salt and pepper to taste
