Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2kgs of liver
  • 1big onion
  • 1 bunchdhania
  • tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the liver for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Chop yo onion into a sufuria and fry them till they appear golden brown,

  3. 3

    Add your boiled liver into the onions and stir briskly, then tomatoes n the dhania, stir n cover the sufuria. wait for it to cook

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
