Mix yeast, sugar and lukewarm water. Let it leavened. 5 min - 10min

In a small cup, let raisins get soaked with water and rum.

In a different bowl, mix salt and flour well.

Combine yeast and flour. Add 1/2 egg. Knead about 10 min. Super sticky but ignore this. :)

Covert the bowl so that the dough don't get dry. Let it rest for 5 min.

Place a pinch of flour on the board. Knead the dough on it for 10min. - hard work but let's do it. 🙌

Add 10g of butter and knead again for about 10 min. Hit the board with the dough very hard!

Place it in a bowl and cover. Let it leavened for about 60 min in a warm place.

Now the dough is doubled.

Preheat the oven 180 degree.

Add raisins and mix gently. Cut the dough into 5 pieces.

Make the shape as round small ball. Brush egg over the surface. With the knife make a shallow cut on the surface.

Bake for 15 - 20 min. Recommend to spray the water a couple of times so that humidity of the oven rises. It makes your buns softer :)
