4 eachmedium sized potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
1one eighth cup olive oil
1 tbsppowdered garlic
1/2 tspdried basil
1/2 tspmarjoram
1/2 tspdill weed
1/2 tspthyme
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspparsley
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
1/2 tspsalt/pepper

preheat oven to 400°F. f

par boil potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes

drain and chill potatoes in fridge for 15 minutes

in mixing bowl combine olive oil and spices

add potatoes and mix until completely coated

pour potatoes into glass baking dish
7

place in preheated oven on middle rack and roast for 20 to 30 minutes; stir occasionally to cook evenly until golden brown on the outside
