1.In low flame of gas Put pan andadd ghee to warm, do little fry cashew and rice then add 1cup of water plus half litre of milk.

Then add almond chopped slicely, sugar,crushed coconut,makhane, Cardamom to it.

Add few leaves of saffron to give light colour and flavour, cook it in very low flame till rice get all fully cooked.

After 25mint cooking add rest of milk and cook till the pouding get thicky giving lovely fragnance of ghee and cardamom.After cooked keep to get it cool and garnish with little dry fruits and raisins.

For malpuye 250gm of flour 1cup milk 50gm sweet saunf, cardamom and sugar mix with 2cup of water make batter.

On hot pan with oil make malpuye with light brownish shade.

Then serve chilled rice puding with delicious malpuye.
