Soak moongdhuli daal for two hours

Grind the daal

Leave for 1 hour

Now take about 3 tbsp of miixture in a bowl

And add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of Eno

Beat the mixure with eggbeater till it becomes fluffy

Heat a non stick pan and 1 tbsp butter now pour the mixture on nonstick on slow flame

Arter 5.minutes turn the side and add 1 tbsp of butter

When it will become light brown it is ready

Serve with green chutney and sounth chutney
