Ingredients

  • 100 ggrated carrots
  • 100 gyellow pepper
  • 100 gred pepper
  • Lentils

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all the vegetables

  2. 2

    Cut the red and yellow pepper into long strips

  3. 3

    Grate the carrots and arrange the lentils on a platter

  4. 4

    Plunge the pepper in hot saity boiling water, remove and arrange nicely on the platter with the lentils, plus the grated carrots,

  5. 5

    Serve while chilled
