Ingredients

  1. 125 gramssoftened butter
  2. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  3. 1 1/4 cupfirmly packed brown sugar
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 cupplain flour
  6. 1/4 cupSR Flour
  7. 1/2 tspbicarb
  8. 1/3 cupcocoa
  9. 1/2 cuppeanut M&M's
  10. 1/3 cupplain M&M's
  11. 1/2 cupmilk choc melts
  12. 1/3 cupmini M&M's

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160*c & lightly grease 2 oven trays

  2. 2

    Beat butter, vanilla, sugar & egg n small bowl, mix with electric beater until smooth (do not overmix)

  3. 3

    Transfer mixture to large bowl, mix in sifted dry ingredients then all the chocolates

  4. 4

    Place level tblspoons of the mixture onto trays, allowing 5cm b'tween each cookie

  5. 5

    Place level tblspns of mixture onto trays allowing 5cm b'tween each

  6. 6

    Bake about 10mins, stand for 5 mins before transfering to wire rack
