
Chili Cheese Sausage

Steps

Turn your eye on medium flame

Evenly coat medium frying pan w/ oil.

Cut sausages down the middle (top to bottom) to make halves.

Place sausages in pan (flat side down), Flip every 3-5 minutes (depending on your flame) until sausages are done (slightly burnt).

While sausages are frying, cook/warm up chili. If using stove top, cook on low-medium flame. Let simmer.

Sprinkle American cheese inside, between the hotdog buns spreaded evenly. Save some.

Place a whole sausage (2 halves) in the buns on top of the cheese leaving the sausages slightly open. Add the rest of your American cheese inside of the sausages.

Pour large amount of chili on sausages leaving enough for all 4 sausages.

Pour mustard on sausages.

Pour chedder cheese on top of chili. (sausages)

Sprinkle onions on chili and cheese.

Pour on potato sticks and enjoy...(^_^)
