  2. 100 gmsSugar -
  3. 100 gmsIcing sugar -
  4. to tasteBlack salt -

Steps

  1. 1

    Take amla and put in deep freezer for 10 days.

  2. 2

    Take out from freeze and keep one day out in the normal temperature.

  3. 3

    Squeeze it and remove the ice

  4. 4

    Press it and remove seeds.

  5. 5

    Add 100 gms sugar and dry the amla in sunlight for 8 days.

  6. 6

    Add icing sugar and black salt as per the taste.

  7. 7

    The amla colour get changed to red after dried..
