250 gBrinjal
1-2potato
1 onion
1-2 green chilli
to tastered chilli powder
to tastesalt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
as neededcoriander leaves

Cut brinjal into four halves

Fill with masala and fry in oil
3

Cut potato and onion into slices and put into pan with dry masala and oil and cook for 15 minutes mix brinjal and onion patato and garnish with green chillies
