Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMashed potatoes
  2. 2Green chillies
  3. 1 teaspoonChat masala
  4. 1 teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
  5. 2 teaspoonBread crumbs
  6. 2 cupWheat flour
  7. 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  8. 2 piecesCottage cheese
  9. 1Round sliced onion
  10. 1Round sliced tomato
  11. 1Round sliced cucumber
  12. 1/2 cupBoiled corn
  13. 1Letucce
  14. 2 tablespoonPizza sauce
  15. 2 tablespoonMint mayonnaise
  16. 2 tablespoonCheese mayonnaise
  17. 1 tablespoonGreen tomato chutney
  18. 2 tablespoonOil
  19. Oil for frying
  20. Water
  21. Salt as per requirement

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a vessel and add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt and a bit oil and make a fine dough. Now make thin and fine chappatis out of it.

  2. 2

    In mashed potatoes add all the ingredients and make tikkis out of it. Roll it into the bread crumbs and fry it in the oil.

  3. 3

    Now take one chappati and pizza sauce, letucce, mint mayonnaise, tikki, cheese mayonnaise, cottage cheese, green tomato chutney, onion, tomato, cucumber, Tomato sauce and corn from all the side corners. Now wrap the rotis and toast it in the pre heated sandwich toaster for 2 minutes.
