Mix all the spices with the milk to make a marinade, put your liver in the marinade and ensure it's covered in it.... Let it sit for one hour.........fry your onions until translucent add the liver and ensure you drain your marinade, cover and cook in low heat after 10 minutes it will have cooked, add your grated tomatoes and stir, add the marinade you had put aside and stir simmer for two minutes

Bring some water to boil and cook your ugali until it's ready

Fry onions until translucent add your kales, I prefer mine without tomatoes...... Voila yummy food
