Warm water then mix with salt

Place¾ flour in a bowl and add 300ml cooking oil.

Add water and start kneading for around 10-15minutes

When dough becomes harder cover with cling film.

After 10minutes take half dough and place on a flat surface.

Roll until almost flat and apply on it 3tbs cooking oil allover it

Cut into strips and and roll the strips into round balls and do the same for remaining dough

Roll balls into flat chapatis as you preheat pan

Place chapati on the pan after a minute overturn and add cooking oil on both sides

When all sides cook remove and place another until you finish. Then serve.
