Ingredients

  1. 6 cupsflour
  2. 6 tspbaking powder
  3. 2 teaspoonsbicarbonate of soda
  4. 6ripe bananas, mashed
  5. 500 mlwater or more
  6. 4eggs
  7. 250 gmargarine
  8. 2 cupssugar
  9. 1 teaspoonbanana essence

    Mix margarine with sugar

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mashed bananas

  3. 3

    Add banana essence, flour and water

  4. 4

    Add baking powder and bicarbonate of soda

  5. 5

    Mix to combine, then bake for 45 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
