5large potatoes, peeled and diced
100 mlvegetable oil or olive oil
to tasteSalt

Pretty heat the oven to 180degrees

Pre-boil the diced potatoes until at least 70 percent cooked.

Remove all the water from the potatoes
4

In an oven dish, add the oil and potatoes

Toss the potatoes around the oil so that the potatoes are coated

Put the salt to taste and bake for 45 mins until you see the potatoes turning golden in color.

Serve. It was very yummy.
