preheat oven to gas mark 6

in a large bowl mix all the sugar and butter together

then add lemon juice and chocolate powder

mix well add in the flour and mix well again

when you reach a soft dough consistency spread out flour on a clean surface and roll the dough out

use cookies cutters to cut out shapes and put on a baking tray

put in the oven for aprox 10 - 15 mins
