  • 1/2 cuppecans
  • 1reduced beer stock
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1salt
  • 1chili powder

  1. 1

    toast nuts lightly to dark brown being careful not to burn them

  2. 2

    add splash of reduced beer to coat and caramelized them

  3. 3

    add brown sugar, chili powder and salt

  4. 4

    make sure all beer evaporates and nuts get sticky.
