Beef Stew
I made this. Its super yummy and quick. Enjoy

Chop the coriander and set aside a leaf or two for garnishing

Cut the beef into pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add in the onions and fry

Add in the beef and cook for a few minutes.

Add in the tomato and coriander and stir.

Add in a little salt and a little water. And cook till ready.

Garnish and serve
