Ingredients

  • Mint Coriander chutney
  • 2 cupsCoriander chopped
  • 1/4 cupmint leaves
  • 2 tspneem leaves
  • 5-6green chillies
  • 1" inch adrak
  • 1/2" inch fresh turmeric
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • Khajur imli chutney
  • 1 cupkhajur deseeded
  • 1/2 cupjaggery
  • 2-3 tbspimli deseeded
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tsproasted jeera powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix and wash all the ingredients and put in a mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Grind chutney in a smooth paste using little water.

  3. 3

    Transfer the Chutney in a bowl and serve with chaats and snacks.

  4. 4

    Khajur imli chutney

  5. 5

    In a vessel boil khajur,jaggery and imli with 1 cup of water.

  6. 6

    Boil till khajur and imli are soft and jaggery is melted.

  7. 7

    Off the flame and cool the mixture.

  8. 8

    Blend this mixture till smooth paste.

  9. 9

    Strain the Chutney in a strainer.Add little water if the Chutney is too thick.

  10. 10

    Add salt, roasted jeera powder and chilli powder and mix well.

  11. 11

    Store in an air tight container in fridge. Remains fresh for 8-10 days in fridge.

  12. 12

    If making in large quantity can store in fridger in an air tight container and can use as required.

  13. 13

    Enjoy this meetha chutney with chaats like Pani puri, Bhel puri etc.
