Vegetable cheese dip/sauce

Heat butter in Kadhai. Add all purpose flour. Saute it until light brown. Add milk. Stir continuously. Take care so that no lumps form. Let it boil.

Add vegetables, corn, red chilli flakes, black pepper, sal & mix herbs. Mix all properly.

Saute all for 2 minutes. Add grated mozzarella cheese. Switch off gas.

Serve hot with sandwiches, toast or use as spread on brucheta or Pita bread.
