Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and fry onion till pink then add tomato and fry.add salt and chanamasala and add boiled chanain that. Cook for 10 min.

    Make batter of soaked dal which was soaked overnight. Add baking soda a pinch and dry fruits. Then take a pan and fry small balls. Dip all pakodi in water for an hr.

    Take a pan and put imli paste and add some sugar in that. Add salt and red chilli as per taste req. Stirring for 5 min. Now ready

    Make dough of maid by adding some ajwain and salt. Take small boil and flat as like chapati then put a small cattori to give shape. Now take oil in a pan and when it become hot put that cattori in that and fry in middium flame.

    Now take to cattori and put channa. Add dahi on chanaand green and imli chutney and garnish as like and serve

  6. 6

    Take another cattori and put Bhalla and add dahi and green and imli chutney. Add pomegranate as req and salt roasted jeera and salt as req.serve
