Preheat the oven, grease pan.
wet ingredients: cream the sugar and butter together in a bowl until light and fluffy. beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Mix in the vanilla essence. Lastly, Add in the milk.Sift the flour and cocoa powder together. Add into the liquid mixture half at a time, and fold until well combine.bake for 30-40 minutes at 180•C, until a skewer comes out dry. set aside to cool.
- For the ganache, beat the butter,cocoa,chocolate,sugar into a fluffy ganache
