Ingredients

2serving
  • 1 packetspaghetti
  • 1 tinsardine
  • 3carrots
  • 1/2chopped cabbage
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 1medium sized green pepper
  • 1/2milk cup of groundnut oil
  • 3medium sized fresh pepper
  • 2fingers of plantain
  • 2 cubeschicken knor maggi
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cupsclean water
  • 2 tablespoonsgrinded crayfish
  • 1 sachetGino pepper tomato
  • 2eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil your spaghetti and set aside.

  2. 2

    Put the oil in a sauce pan and heat including the onion and tomato puree. Fry for 5mins

  3. 3

    Once it's done, add your water and other ingredients and cook for 5mins.

  4. 4

    Add the spaghetti and all to cook for 5mins. Once the water dries to an extent add your vegetables.

  5. 5

    The vegetable shouldn't be allowed to go too soft

  6. 6

    Bring down after 3mins

  7. 7

    Fry the plantains and set aside

  8. 8

    Fry your eggs with some chopped vegetables.

  9. 9

    Decorate your plate with your fries

  10. 10

    Your garnished spaghetti is ready
