Parboil your spaghetti and set aside.

Put the oil in a sauce pan and heat including the onion and tomato puree. Fry for 5mins

Once it's done, add your water and other ingredients and cook for 5mins.

Add the spaghetti and all to cook for 5mins. Once the water dries to an extent add your vegetables.

The vegetable shouldn't be allowed to go too soft

Bring down after 3mins

Fry the plantains and set aside

Fry your eggs with some chopped vegetables.

Decorate your plate with your fries

Your garnished spaghetti is ready
