Preheat oven to 350°F. In pam sprayed cassarole dish make layers of sliced potatos and sliced hot dogs and mushroom soup. Next pour 3qts can of milk over the top and salt & pepper. cover with foil. Bake for hour and half or untill potatos completely cooked. I like it when potatos fall apart.
