Mix chips with flour, set aside

Sift flour, baking powder, salt

Beat cream cheese and butter in bowl until smooth

Beat in sugar and vanilla

Add eggs one at a time, beating well

On low speed, alternately beat in flour and liqueur until blended. Fold in chips

Pour in batter into a well greased and floured 12 cup Bundt pan

Bake at 325°F for 55 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean

Cool 10 minutes on rack and remove from pan to cool completely

Dust with powdered sugar

Tastes best after being allowed to sit 24 hours
