
Eggplant Gorgonzola
My own made up recipe....its AMAZING. Enjoy all <3
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil over medium flame.

Place eggplant slices in pan, two minutes each side depending on thickness of slices.

Before they're almost cooked through place some of the gorgonzola crumbles on each slice of eggplant.

Once its semi melted stack eggplant slices on a plate.

Using same oil throw in your peppers and mushrooms.

Once hot, throw in the rest of your gorgonzola and flip till melted.

Once melted, pour over eggplant slices, ENJOY!!!
