  • 1green chilli/jalapeno
  • As needed Cilantro
  • 2Garlic cloves
  • 1Lemon
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a longitudinal cut into an Avovado

  2. 2

    Remove seed and scoop out pulp

  3. 3

    Blend all the ingredients except jalepeno including the juice of lemon using little water

  4. 4

    Add seasoning and garnish

  5. 5

    Use this as a spread on bread or use as a dip
