2 cuphung curd
Masala for roasting
1 spoonjeera
4-5black pepper
1 spoon basil
1/2 spoonthyme
1/2 spoonlemon grass
1/2 spoonchilli flakes
To tasteSalt
1 spoonblack salt

Dry roast all the masala and grind it in powder

Whip the curd to cream it

Mix salt black salt and masala
4

Serve it with any snack or paratha
