  • 2 cuphung curd
  • Masala for roasting
  • 1 spoonjeera
  • 4-5black pepper
  • 1 spoon basil
  • 1/2 spoonthyme
  • 1/2 spoonlemon grass
  • 1/2 spoonchilli flakes
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonblack salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast all the masala and grind it in powder

  2. 2

    Whip the curd to cream it

  3. 3

    Mix salt black salt and masala

  4. 4

    Serve it with any snack or paratha
